We are a childcare Agency that places nannies with families in the Heart of England. We cover Leicestershire, Warwickshire. Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

CRB Checks
Please note that we require every nanny who has not had a police check (CRB) in the last 12 months to apply for one, it is
essential now as most families require a CRB check

Our head office is based in Northamptonshire, we are a friendly team, and our years of experience of nanny placements means that we have developed an unparalleled screening method that helps make the Nanny/Family selection process successful.
Being a nanny is more than a job providing financial rewards. You are responsible for the care and development of the children of busy professional parents. You play an Important role in their everyday lives. This experience is valuable for both you and the children you care for.
When you register with The Nanny Agency you are registered with a concerned and professional nanny agency. Once you have been accepted onto our register you can count on us for support to help with any questions or solve any problems that might arise.

Registration Guidelines
For Nannies
You must have a childcare qualification.
Nanny Agency prefers NNEB, Btec, NVQ levels 2/3 or equivalent depending on the country
You must possess a valid driver's licence. Clean driving records are preferred.
You must be a non-smoker and in good health .
You must have at least two (2) childcare references that can be verified. These can include previous nanny experience, Nursery experience, and teaching experience etc.
You must be able to explain any gaps in employment.
For Mothershelps
You must have a keen and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
You must possess a valid driver's licence. Clean driving records are preferred.
You must be a non-smoker and in good health
You must have at least one childcare reference and 2 character references that can be verified. These can include previous Mothershelp experience, babysitting, nursery work, childcare centres or Crèche work.
You must be able to explain any gaps in employment.
You must be prepared to work with the parent(s) some of the time, therefore, some light household duties will be expected.

The Nanny Agency office is open 9.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 1.00pm Saturday
